Fuel Prices Increase Over 14 Cents

At the beginning of the year, the public received the positive news that fuel prices had dropped slightly (around 4 cents). However, now, in the second month, the bad news has returned. Fuel prices are on the rise, and not just by a little.

The Minister of Economic Affairs, Communication, and Sustainable Development announces the new fuel prices, which will go into effect on February 14, 2024:

Unleaded premium gasoline has increased by 12.4 cents, now priced at 245.4 cents per liter.
Diesel has also increased by 14.2 cents, now priced at 227.8 cents per liter.
Kerosene is now 11.6 cents more expensive, reaching 210.1 cents per liter.
