This morning at around 1:28 am, a 17-year-old boy was shot in front of a house on Mandolinstraat in Dakota. Apparently, a silver KIA Rio stopped in front of the house and fired a shot, hitting the young man who was standing outside.
There are no witnesses, so no one at the scene saw the car’s license plate or knows the person who fired the shot. There is also no description available to identify the shooter. Therefore, there is no idea why this young man was shot and with what intention.
An ambulance arrived at the scene and provided medical assistance to the victim. They were then urgently transported to the hospital. The victim’s condition is reported as “critically stable,” according to the police.
