It seems that the hands of the people are not long enough to reach the garbage bin to throw away their trash. This is the view that all of us, including the visitors, see when passing along the boulevard, on the ocean strip.
There is the beautiful blue sea and a bin placed by the beach to dispose of trash properly. However, you can see a large quantity of trash thrown right beside it. It’s not known if the bin was full at the time, but there are more spots along the route where trash can be disposed of, or it could be taken home and thrown out there instead of littering.
