Newly built water troughs for the donkeys

An act of charity is the only way to describe what the owner of Kamini Restaurant has done for the group of wild donkeys still present on Aruba. He constructed special troughs to provide water for the donkeys. A beautiful gesture by Kamini. He also ensures that these troughs are regularly cleaned with the cooperation of the Fire Department. After cleaning, the troughs are filled with water once again.

As we know, there is a lot of drought in Aruba. Especially in San Nicolas, you can see donkeys wandering around where people live, in search of food and water.

Especially at the entrance of Sero Colorado, you’ll find many of them, and it’s a tourist attraction, as visitors and locals come down to take a picture with them. Hopefully, more citizens can cooperate so that this population of animals in Aruba doesn’t diminish.
