In relation to plans to get into the neighborhoods, there is a bus named the “Bus di Salud” or health bus that is currently in use for another campaign. The Minister for Public Health, Dangui Oduber indicated that, due to the pandemic, the bus is currently in use to administer vaccines, driving from neighborhood to neighborhood.
We expect that Aruba will overcome the pandemic, which will eliminate the need for vaccines. But for now, the bus will continue to be used to administer vaccines. Additionally, the Minister explained that the funds for the campaign still have to be acquired.
