Around 2:00 pm, the police motorcycle unit attended to a cyclist in Caya Frere Alexius. There they met with a teenager that was wheeling and obstructing traffic.
The police officers stopped the teenager and pulled him aside to talk to him. They reminded him that there could be consequences for his actions. They were telling him that he is putting both traffic and his life in danger.
While attending the young cyclist, a teenage boy stepped out of a bus, saw the police officers, and started calling them names. The police did not tolerate this and went over to detain him. They took the bicycle away from the young cyclist, and he had to walk home.
