San Nicolas police noticed a driver actuating strangely in traffic, so they pulled him over and then arrested him.
This took place around 8:30 pm in the neighborhood of Noord Cura Cabay. They pulled over a white single cabin Isuzu to attend to the driver. They immediately noticed that the male driver wasn’t in a state to drive. They arrested him and transported him to the police station for his own safety and that of others.
