Travel advisory code orange for Curacao

Minister of Foreign Affairs has changed the travel advisory code for Curacao to orange.  This measure was taken because of the increase in positive cases in Curacao.  At the end of October, tickets were only being sold for flights to Curacao after Prime Minister Rutte announced that the negative travel advice was not valid for Caribbean Netherlands, except for those who were already in code ‘orange.’

Only Aruba, Bonaire, and Sint Maarten have travel advisory code ‘yellow.’

Those who have tickets booked to Curacao are being strongly advised not to go. Those who still choose to travel to a code orange country regardless of the negative advice will not be insured.
