Ex salesperson of the famous wrap place, Jeffrey Fradl, has been in a long battle against RBC Royal Bank. A conflict for which he decided to start a lawsuit against the Central Bank of Aruba. He wanted CBA to start an investigation against RBC. But CBA did not grant his petitions.
According to Jeffrey, this battle started back in 2010 when his bank did some strange movements with his bank account and then auctioned off his company and car without his permission. He never saw any of this money on his bank account, so they must have stolen it.
The court case was today, and on January 20, 2021, the court will have a decision.
Mr. Fradl sent all documents to The Public Prosecutor’s office, the Central Bank of The Netherlands, and the press.
