Wednesday night, a hit and run took place near Cas di Partido AVP in Oranjestad. This took place a bit after 10:30 pm.
At the roundabout, a Nissan March was behind a Toyota Rav when at a certain point, the Rav reversed and hit the March and then just took off.
The driver of the March decided to follow the Rav, but in the area of Ponton, the Rav turned off the lights, and the driver of the March lost sight of the Rav. Luckily the driver was able to capture the number plate of the Rav.
They located a police unit near the AVC in De La Sallestraat and told them everything.
