For a few weeks now, we have been closely following an investigation relating to abuse to a minor. The suspect, in this case, is Jason Margarita, who was Otmar Oduber’s adviser for 10 years in the area of communication.
Together with his wife, Jason margarita owns a female-only gym. At this gym is where he met this minor.
Jason bribed her with money, amongst other things, to convince her to commit sexual acts. The minor’s parents checked her phone when they got suspicious and found evidence they took to ‘Jeugd en Zeden Politie.’
This was the start of the investigation process. All the information and evidence they gathered were handed over to the Public Prosecutor’s Office. The prosecutors analyzed everything and gave the authorization to arrest him.
He will now be interrogated about the evidence gathered and declarations from the family and the victim.
