There is an ongoing investigation. A 25year old man named Marshall Orman is suspected of abusing a minor. He is a member of the Customs Corps situated at Barcadera. He has been detained on the basis of a complaint filed against him. While the investigation is still ongoing, according to an official informant, it appears that he is suspected of abusing his partner’s child. The child in question is around 9 years old.
The ‘Jeugd en Zeden’(Youth and Morals) police detained the man on claims of sexual abuse of a minor. The laws he’s accused of breaking are 2:199 and 2:208 of the penal code. He is in the first phases of interrogation.
He has not been found guilty yet, however, police have confirmed our ongoing story by stating that there is indeed a suspicion that he sexually abused his partner’s child.
