Saturday morning firemen arrived at an address in Pos Chikito after being informed that a house was on fire.
Upon the firemen’s arrival, they saw that the inhabitants of the home had already put out the fire. The firemen entered the home for inspection and ended up removing items that had been burned. They also sprayed water on other areas that ran the risk of catching on fire again.
Luckily the resident’s quick thinking prevented the situation from being as bad as it could have been. Finally, ELMAR also arrived at the scene and decided to cut the power to the house in order to prevent future problems. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
