It was around10:35 pm on Saturday when the police went to a house in Boegoeroei to deal with a familiar issue.
At the site, they encountered a drunk man who had broken a window. The officers tried to deescalate the situation, but they opted to request a transport vehicle anyway in order to transport the man to the police station in Shaba.
At the scene, neighbors informed the police that there have never been issues at this house before and that this is the first time the police have had to intervene.Â
