In the late afternoon, the first flight with a patient from our neighboring island Curaçao. This is one of the five patients infected with COVID-19 was announced to be arriving in Aruba earlier in the day. These five patients will be hospitalized in Aruba in order to alleviate the medical burden placed upon Curacao at the moment. It is unknown if the patients will continue arriving through Saturday night or if they will be arriving on Sunday morning.
