Friday night at around 11:30 pm, the police arrived at Nuñe for an undercover party. The neighbors heard loud music and witnessed a lot of people coming and going. Upon arrival, the police confirmed that there was indeed a party going on. One thing that tipped them off that there was a party going on was the number of cars parked outside of the home at Nuñe 58. It took a while before the police went over to detaining people. They had government permission to enter the home and break up the party.
In the end, ten people of which 8 males and 2 females were detained. Two police transport vehicles transported them to the police station. The women did not appreciate the handcuffs but were transported just like everybody else.
It suddenly became very crowded at the police station when processing the 10 detainees. Each of them was fined starting at one thousand florins. They were reminded of the rules which are set in place to prevent such gatherings from happening right now during a global pandemic.
