Two suspects in the ‘Alpina’ case free of any accusations: Fifty two bars of gold confiscated

This morning has made an announcement in relation to the ‘Alpina’ case known as the gold bar case in which 52 bars of gold were confiscated in the month of February in 2018.

The judge has declared the two suspects, Juan Carlos Toro Rodriguez and Rafael Zambrano free of any accusations of falsifying documents or money laundering.

The judge said, namely the forms have been filled in the same way for many years and that the broker has complied with the rules. As for the accusations of money laundering, the Public Ministry has not been able to prove this either.
