In the context of the Landspakket, the designated team from Aruba represented by the Department of Human Resources, are participating in the so-called “Pressure Cooker”. The session is organized by the Temporary Work Organization The Netherlands and Aruba together with the ‘Uitvoeringsorganisatie Bedrijfsvoering Rijk’.
The goal of these sessions is to cooperatively formulate a question and create a moment for market consultancy to execute the project relating to the ‘restructuring’ of the governmental apparatus. This is done in accordance with the Landspakket.
The efforts are made to reinforce the governmental apparatus and make it much more efficient for Aruba.
In the course of the week of July 25th, the Dutch and Aruban team will sit down to formulate and create the concept documents to start the trajectory of the project.
Thus, it can be said that the work is being done prudently in a dynamic and active manner in which Aruba is contributing to the restructuring of our governmental apparatus.
