Tuesday evening the lots were drawn for the Caiso & Soca Monarch 2023 pre-finals at Patio 15. According to the president of “Stichting Musica”, Edwina Werleman, it was an enjoyable evening with the participants, sponsors, and invitees.
A total of 13 bands, which entails a total of 35 participants will be participating on the evening of November 12th at the Dakota Community Center. The first four bands to participate will be Zeta Band, Tsunami, Mellow Band, and Caribbean Band.
Afterward, the next week on the 19th of November, five bands will perform at the Playa Pabao Community Center. The bands to participate this evening will be N ‘Fuzion, Sound and More, Zonoa, Youth X-treme, and Buleria respectgively.
Lastly, on Saturday the 26th of November, the last bands will perform at the Brazil Community Center. The bands participating this evening are Musical Time, Hot Ones Band, Azucar and Groove Masters. This completes the thirteen bands that will be participating in the Aruba Caiso & Soca Monarch pre-finals.
