There are times when you try to understand people’s actions, but it can be quite difficult at times. There is a broken trailer that has been missing a wheel stranded next to the road in Barcadera.
The empty trailer is located right in front of DTI and used to be empty. Recently, however, the trailer has been filling with trash. The owner of the trailer did not bother to retrieve it or have it fixed, and apparently thought it would be ok to leave it on the side of the road to gather filth.
It is an ugly sight that is now overflowing with garbage. The fact that people think that it is ok to throw their trash away for others to deal with is astounding. Now it is left to a public department to remove this trailer that should have never been abandoned next to this road that is often frequented in the first place.
