Monday evening at around 8:30 pm, a serious accident occurred near the Dakota Community Center.
Apparently, a dark blue Toyota Yaris hit another vehicle, which resulted in a significant amount of damage.
The police were called to the scene and tended to both drivers, but upon their arrival, one of the parties involved in the accident had already abandoned the scene.
In the end, the driver that had supposedly fled the scene came back on foot to give his side of the story.
