An unfortunate situation arose in Palm Beach on Monday morning when smelly water started flooding the street. Cars pass over the water that is seeping out of the swerew, spreading the foul smelling liquid on parked cars as well as any unfortunate pedestrians who just so happen to be passing by. Besides being unpleasant, this poses a serious health risk as well.
This sewer water accumulates into a giant puddle that spans between the Wendy’s roundabout and Palm Beach Plaza. This is an area frequented by thousands of tourists, as well as taxi drivers and locals. After passing by this area and reaching their destination, many are left questioning why their vehicles smell so bad.
This issue spans through various sewer systems all around the area and has been around for quite a while. It is time this urgent matter is taken more seriously.
