You can run, but you can’t hide. That’s what a Chilean couple tried to do this week despite the complaints filed against them for the material damage they caused.
This afternoon, they tried to leave Aruba to continue to Chile via Colombia. Little did they know, an official police complaint was filed against them, for which the authorities of Aruba blocked their exit at the border, putting their hands on them as they tried to leave the island.
They were taken to the station to undergo the interrogation process. They will likely have to pay for the damage they caused during their stay in Gold Coast. While the interrogation process takes place, they will have to sleep on the concrete floor in a police holding cell.
