On Friday evening at around 7:00 p.m., a report came in that a car had hit three people on the road in Savaneta near Citgo.
It involves a group of tourists who had only recently arrived on the island. One of the tourists was in more critical condition and was rushed to the hospital. The circumstances leading to the accident are not known.
According to our sources, there was also a child involved in the collision. In the end, all three individuals were transported to the hospital for advanced medical care.
Traffic police as well as BFTO arrived at the scene to gather information about the accident.
