At around 4:30 a.m., authorities encountered a motorcyclist lying in the middle of the road in Tanki Flip.
This happened near the Tanki Flip roundabout, where it is suspected that the motorcyclist did not control his speed, slipped, and fell, injuring himself.
He had sustained a serious head injury that was bleeding profusely. An ambulance was rushed to the scene to tend to the victim.
