Today, in the morning hours, the school parade of Oranjestad’s Primary and Elementary Schools took place. However, it was noted that schools from more distant neighborhoods, such as Paradera, also participated.
A total of five schools participated, bringing together nearly three thousand children on foot. It was a beautiful sight to see the children accompanied by three large bands: Buleria, Tsunami, and Youth Extreme. In addition to this, different DJs contributed to the event.
The parade started from the Cricket field, proceeded along Vondellaan, Verbindingsweg, De la Sallestraat, Rotonde Seroe Blanco, De la Sallestraat, and concluded at the RCA field.
