It seems that some individuals still don’t understand that without tourists, we won’t thrive. This was evident during the pandemic when the Aruban government had to borrow millions to pay for the FASE and salary subsidy.
Around 1:30 pm, a tourist arrived at his hotel and immediately sounded the alarm. He informed a hotel security member that an unknown person robbed them at the beach. The police were called right away. Upon the police’s arrival, the tourist explained that they were at Eagle Beach when the incident occurred.
The tourist provided a detailed description of the thief. The police gathered all necessary information and searched the area but did not locate the suspect. Security cameras will likely play a significant role in this case.
