Potential buyer turned out to be a thief

On Saturday afternoon, a robbery case occurred at CITGO Santa Cruz, where a meet-up was planned to sell a phone to a potential buyer.

The encounter ended on a bitter note. The buyer arrived at the location and wanted to inspect the phone before handing over the money. All appeared to be going according to plan, but the buyer suddenly made a run for it without paying the seller. They got into their black Toyota Passo and drove off.

The police were notified immediately and started searching for the black Toyota Passo. A large search operation began across our island. A while later, they found the Passo near the Tanki Flip roundabout. The driver was apprehended and taken to the police station, where he will be presented before a prosecutor. The car was confiscated pending further investigation.
