Several special guests will come together for a literary and cultural event at the National Library

The National Library of Aruba invites the community of Aruba to a beautiful event next Wednesday, March 6, 2024, starting from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The National Library of Aruba, the Department of Culture of Aruba, along with cultural manager Mirto Lacé, will present a multifaceted program focusing on literature, poetry, recitation, singing, dancing, music, culture, and education.

There will be special guests who will share their passion for art in various disciplines, each practicing their artistic and musical works, photography art, filmmaking art, a poetry collection, and the presentation of two literary works. Author and poet Ariana Koolman Chirino will delight the audience with some poems dedicated to the celebration of International Women’s Day.

Maybelline Arends-Croes and her singing group will also perform some songs. Musician, author, and motivational speaker, Ashok Hirdaramani, born in Sri Lanka, and living in Aruba for 43 years, will present his book ‘Passion – Amazing – Mindset.’ The prologue is written by Wini Paulo, philosopher, poet, and author from Curaçao.

The book is written in English and covers topics such as ‘Change and create the life you truly desire. Discover a new synthesis to unfold the real secret to manifest and attract abundance.’ Roberto Croes will present his latest poetry collection, Sentimento IV, which is a collection of love-based poetry.
