On Saturday evening at around 6:30 pm, the police were rushed to the social housing complex in Bushiri. Here, an individual pulled out a firearm and threatened to shoot anyone who interfered.
A description of the man was provided, which prompted a search in the area. The person in question is known by the police. When they encountered the man, the process of apprehension immediately commenced.
He was transported to the police station where a prosecutor will handle his detention. For now, the investigation will continue with the interrogation process. In the coming days, he won’t be sleeping at home but in a cell at the police station.
