A family is asking the public for help identifying a driver who struck their parked car in front of their home and fled the scene. The incident occurred early Thursday, October 29, at approximately 12:25 a.m.
According to Paula Rafini, she was nearly asleep when she heard a loud noise outside. When she went to investigate, she discovered that another vehicle had crashed into her car, which was parked in front of her home. The driver of the other vehicle then left without stopping.
Rafini is asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has security cameras in the area to check their footage from around the time of the collision.
The incident took place in the Ibisa neighborhood of San Nicolas, along the road toward Batmanfield, near Nikki’s barbershop and Alfacooltech Air Conditioning.
The family hopes that additional security camera footage or information from witnesses will help identify the vehicle involved.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Paula at 567-9410, her mother at 662-2955, or the Police.
