On Sunday at around 2:40 am, the police were called to the hotel area, in front of Kalibra, where a taxi was waiting to transport tourists back to their hotels. At that moment, a tourist wanted to get into taxi-66 but it turned out that the individuals were heavily intoxicated.
Taxi drivers in Aruba sometimes have a rule not to transport intoxicated passengers because they can vomit inside their cars. The tourist got angry and punched the rear window, breaking it. After committing this inappropriate act, he tried to flee the scene.
The police arrested him and transported him to the police station.
