On November 28, Cosecha is hosting a creative painting workshop in collaboration with the artist Ana Luidens. Ana Luidens is a known multi-talented artist specialized in making and painting bags.
Ana Luidens is a local artist who makes wallets, elegant bags, casual bags, and artistic pieces made of jeans and canvas material. Recycling is her way of contributing to the environment.
Ana is mostly known for her Owl painting, which she uses the most on her bags. Her colorful pieces are inspired by the colors of the carnival, which radiates the energy of this celebration.
On Saturday, November 28, participants will learn how to paint on a crossbody bag made of canvas. You will sketch your design on the bag and paint with acrylic with the guidance of Ana Luidens. The workshop will take place from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. You must be 15 years or older to participate, and it will cost AWG 50.00. Materials and refreshments are including in the price. All necessary protocols in connection to COVID-19 will be followed during this activity.
Ana Luidens’ creative crossbody bag workshop is a collaboration with Cosecha. Previously they organized a clutch and wristlet bag workshop. In 2021 Cosecha and Ana Luidens will be hosting more bag painting workshops.
