This morning a group of employees showed up at their court hearing but was told that it got canceled because the two parties had come to an agreement.
Jose Fernandes, the spokesman for a group of Felipe Construction workers who feel jeopardized, said that after a year and a half of waiting for the case, it was canceled because the counterparty came to an agreement.
Supposedly everyone is now registered at Ennia and has a pension policy. However, nobody has signed their policy yet. And it appears that they haven’t paid the total sum of the policy yet, but their lawyer, mr.Gravenstijn will have to find out.
There wasn’t a clear explanation of where things went wrong.
