Sunday around 10:30 pm, San Nicolas police headed to Juwanamorto for a boy, who was found by a teenager on his bicycle. The boy was alone on the streets, and he was crying.
The boy told the police that he was eight, but probably out of terror couldn’t remember his address nor say if he had any family members in the neighborhood.
The police took the minor to the police station to talk to a social worker, who will take the case over.
