Approxitmately at 9.30 pm, police were requested to intervene in a situation with a homeless addict in Oranjestad. It’s the same man police arrested the day before on Main Street.
The man was throwing himself in front of passing cars near Manuelito’s Bar.
He was scaring off those visiting the bars in the neighborhood. And because he was a danger to the traffic, they arrested and transported him to the police station before something worse happens.
