When police and firemen arrived at an address in Weg Rooi Congo, they encountered a man in shock after he was faced with fire right outside his house.
This occurred at around 3.20 in the afternoon. The man sitting inside his home, enjoying a relaxing day, when he was suddenly surrounded by smoke. At first, he mistook the sound for rain, but when he went outside to look, he was confronted by a fire disconcertingly close to his house.
He alerted the police and fire department immediately, who quickly arrived at the scene and had the fire under control.
The man said that he finds the situation very unusual and that he suspects that someone intentionally lit the fire. There are many plants next to his house and they ignite quickly.
