Early Saturday morning at around 1:15 am, the police encountered a man walking in the middle of the road, shirtless, near the roundabout in Santa Cruz. The police stopped their car behind this person and got down to confront the man, but he did not seem to notice.
The police tactically walked up behind the man near Mundo Nobo Supermarket and managed to detain him. it should be mentioned that the man did not say a word the entire time and seemingly ignored the police and all their questions while waiting for the transport vehicle to bring him to the station.
