Sewage on the Eagle Beach strip will finally be repaired

The Department of Public Affairs informed the public, and more specifically, the drivers and pedestrians regarding the construction to improve the sewage system between Costa Linda and the Screaming Eagle Restaurant on J.E Irausquin Blvd.

The construction to improve the sewage collector between Costa Linda and the Screaming Eagle Restaurant will happen in two phases.

The first phase will consist of drilling into the sidewalk to place the tubes from O Condominium to the Screaming Eagle Restaurant. This will be followed by the second phase of the construction, which will be to place tubes in the remaining areas.

This construction process commenced today and will take roughly 30 days to complete.

The road will be partially closed near the Coco Loco parking lot as well as at the intersection near the Screaming Eagle Restaurant.

There will be more information leaked as this week progresses and the exact dates that the road will need to be closed off are yet to be determined. In connection with this, the Department of Public Affairs would like to ask that all drivers and pedestrians keep this in mind for possible diversions and they would also like to apologize in advance for any inconveniences this might cause.
