Early Saturday morning, the police rushed to the roundabout in Tanki Leendert to tend to an accident. There a white SUV swerved into a lamppost, unearthing it completely, and then went on to hit multiple vehicles parked in front of Jaced Wheels.
Upon their arrival, the police immediately closed off the road to prevent vehicles from getting intertwined in the low power cables that are now dangling haphazardly along the road. In the meantime, Elmar was notified immediately to come repair the damaged post.
An ambulance was called to the scene to tend to the driver. This accident left the entire Tanki Leendert area without power for the night.
Turns out that not only the singular lamppost was unearthed, but it took multiple other things out with it.
As for the cause, like many other accidents that took place last night, it was likely caused by reckless driving and high speed.
