It is international and national World Children’s Day on the 20th of November, as well as it being remembered as the first day that the “Telefon pa Hubentud” received its first call from a child. “We believe that if we can celebrate Christmas, New Years, and Halloween, we should also go all out to celebrate World Children’s Day properly,” according to the help line’s Shurman Milliard.
“Telefon pa Hubentud” (TPH), is a foundation started for the youth of Aruba as well as our community. They want to celebrate children on a larger scale. So for 2023, the foundation will be going all out once again. Together with Telearuba, a company that has been working with TPH since the start, they will be providing the opportunity to take over their morning program “Nos Mainta” on the 20th of November. On that day, the foundation will be taking over the program completely and discussing important topics.
