Aruba Bank is supporting the National Library Aruba through two donations: a contribution to expand its large-print book collection and sponsorship of the Children’s Book Festival 2026.
As the island’s only public library, the National Library serves the entire community by providing reading materials for educational and recreational purposes. Through these donations, Aruba Bank aims to make reading more accessible to people of all ages.
Expanding reading options for older adults
Large-print books are an important resource for the community, but the National Library’s current collection is limited.
Aruba Bank’s contribution will help expand the collection, giving older adults more reading options and allowing them to continue enjoying books.

Encouraging children to read
In addition to supporting the library’s large-print collection, Aruba Bank is sponsoring the Children’s Book Festival 2026. The festival is part of the National Library’s efforts to encourage reading among children in preschool and primary school in Aruba, which is one of the library’s main objectives.
Through both donations, the bank is helping create more opportunities for children and older adults to read, learn and discover.
