The Aruba Tourism Authority (A.T.A.), in collaboration with the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association (AHATA), will host the Aruba Global Travel Conference (AGTC) from September 14 to 18, 2026. Held every two years, the conference brings together key partners from the international tourism industry to exchange knowledge, strengthen business relationships, and discuss the latest developments in Aruba and the tourism sector.
AGTC grew out of conferences previously organized by A.T.A. for different international markets. The event has since evolved into a single platform that brings together representatives from North America, Latin America and Europe, allowing international partners and local stakeholders to connect, collaborate and work together to strengthen Aruba’s position as a tourism destination.
This year’s conference will welcome 81 international participants from North America, Latin America and Europe, including tour operators, airline representatives and other tourism industry professionals. Alongside local stakeholders, they will participate in a program focused on information sharing, collaboration and firsthand destination experiences.
AGTC provides A.T.A. and other local tourism stakeholders with an opportunity to meet with key business partners, share information about Aruba, discuss tourism industry trends and strengthen cooperation with partners who promote the destination in international markets.
The conference will also facilitate direct exchanges between international and local partners through marketplace sessions, meetings and networking activities.

During AGTC 2026, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about developments that have taken place and are currently underway in Aruba in recent years. In addition to visiting several hotels, the program will showcase new experiences, major renovations and innovations within Aruba’s tourism offering.
These visits will allow international partners to keep their knowledge of the destination up to date while gaining a closer look at the different elements that contribute to the experience Aruba offers its visitors.
“AGTC is more than a conference. It is a space where we can connect with our key markets, share our priorities and strengthen strategic alliances with the partners who represent many of the most important markets for Aruba,” said Ronella Croes, CEO of A.T.A.

A.T.A. expressed its gratitude to AHATA and all local partners contributing to AGTC 2026. The organization said it hopes the conference will strengthen existing relationships, create new connections and provide a valuable experience for all participants.
Together, the partners will continue working to position Aruba as a high-value destination recognized for its hospitality, quality and memorable experiences. Key topics relevant to Aruba, including responsible tourism, will also remain part of the conversation.
