St. Regis Resort and The Ritz-Carlton Aruba recently joined forces to host a job fair that attracted considerable interest from people seeking employment opportunities at the two luxury properties.
Arantxa Sanchez, Human Resources Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, explained that the two resorts decided to hold the job fair together to give interested applicants an opportunity to learn more about the different departments and available positions.
Representatives from various departments were present to introduce their areas of work and inform the public about current job openings. The job fair is held annually, and according to Sanchez, the success of the previous edition prompted the resorts to continue the initiative.
The event took place from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a significant number of people stopping by to introduce themselves and explore the different employment opportunities available.
Food and Beverage and the kitchen department attracted particularly strong interest, with many applicants interested in the various positions offered in these areas.
Sanchez described the job fair as a successful event and highlighted the strong interest shown by the public throughout the day. The initiative allows the resorts to connect directly with potential employees while giving job seekers an opportunity to learn more about the positions available at both properties.
