On Friday, June 26th, Tango Argentine Grill invites guests to an exclusive Food & Wine Pairing Dinner celebrating the 50th anniversary of Duckhorn Vineyards. Starting at 6:30 PM, this special evening features a carefully curated 5-course menu paired with premium wines from California’s renowned wine regions, all for $89 per person.
The evening begins with a Crispy Wonton topped with tuna tartare, avocado, aji amarillo cream, and chimichurri, paired with Decoy Rosé from California.
For the second course, guests will enjoy a Pulled Pork Empanada served with smoked paprika aioli and cilantro, accompanied by Sonoma-Cutrer Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley.
The third course features Grilled Skirt Steak and Garlic Shrimp, served with porcini cream sauce, puffed mini Hasselback potato, and crispy Brussels sprouts. This flavorful dish is paired with Duckhorn Vineyards Merlot from Napa Valley.
Next, savor Argentinian Parilla Lamb Chops with malbec reduction, truffle sweet potato, baby carrots, and broccolini, perfectly matched with Decoy Limited Napa Red Wine.
To conclude the evening, enjoy a sweet Crêpe filled with dulce de leche, dark chocolate ganache, vanilla ice cream, and almond crumble, paired with Duckhorn Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley.
Adding to the atmosphere, guests will also be treated to a live Tango show during the evening, making this a complete dining and entertainment experience.
