On Monday around 8:00 pm, a pedestrian called the emergency number for a woman lying down on the sidewalk. She was screaming for help at the crossroads of Emmastraat and Socotorolaan. Police arrived and offered to take her home. This isn’t the first time that they find her drunk. Earlier on that same day, she was robbed near the Courthouse. Because she couldn’t reason with the police, they took her to the police station.
