Recently the head of a few child care centers finalized the course ‘Maneho Pedagogico’. The course is designed specifically for owners/leaders to help them focus on pedagogical management and planning in their center.
The course was given on Saturdays, 13th and 20th of February, followed by an exam on March 2nd. Good management is essential for each worker to work based on the vision and goals for the wellbeing of their center and also the children.
They focused on Pedagogical Management, Quality, Vision & Mission, Rules, Professional Attitude, Work Ethics, Reflective style POP/ STARR, Plan of pedagogical work, and finalized with an exam.
Nine headmasters finalized the course successfully. FPNM congratulates the participants and wishes them all the best in effectively carrying out Pedagogical Management so they could bear the fruits in their centers.
