The man Frencel Wawoe has become a professional scammer. He organizes events for celebrities under the guise of a foundation.
On Aruba, Wawoe has claimed many victims both people and businesses. Many have pressed charges against him after he used his fake organization to host events in which supposed celebrities would attend.
His run ended on Thursday afternoon after police surrounded him in his rental vehicle and ordered his arrest.
The police intervention took place at the gas station in Santa Cruz. Detectives and a police transportation vehicle were also at the scene to investigate and continue the interrogation process.
He will likely go through the interrogation process before appearing in front of a judge.
