Milan Antonio Pimienta, born on the 7th of November 2014, made an impact during the Florida Elite Track 2023 at just 8 years old. Milan won third place amongst 30 other young runners competing from all acros the world.
Milan participated in the Florida Elite Invitational, Boys 400 meter Dash category. First place went to Shane Robinson with 1:03 minutes, second place went to Lynson Saint-Germain with 1:04 minutes and Milan Pimienta placed third with 1:08 minutes. With this, Milan beat his own 1:13 minute record, and he now qualifies for the World Youth Championship which will take place in The Bahamas.
Milan is also actively participating in other sports as well. He likes to be moving all day and his parents make sure to keep his school-sport life in balance. Congratulations Milan and make sure to keep doing your best and taking the Aruban flag to new hights!
