On Tuesday night, after 10:30 pm, both the police and an ambulance were rushed to the Ritz Carlton hotel. They were called to the scene because a tourist had reportedly stopped breathing.
The police arrived at the scene first to assist the tourist. Upon arrival, they found others at the scene already assisting the tourist. Although the tourist was conscious, they decided it would be best to request an ambulance.
The ambulance arrived and the paramedics immediately began a medical examination of the tourist. After stabilizing the man, they transported him to the hospital where he received advanced medical care
